Hourly Pay - $18.

What Job includes (but not limited to):
Compliant communication with responsible parties for unpaid medical balances.
Documenting outcome of communication.
Negotiating payment and/or timely payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances.
Employees will be trained in and expected to adhere to HIPAA, Company, State and Federal rules and regulations.

Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Medical Office Experience a plus
Will consider and train individuals with customer service experience
Excellent written, oral communication and telephone skills
PC proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and data base navigation.
Detail oriented
Bilingual a plus
