Looking for an energetic, attention to detail, task oriented person, with a pleasant phone manner and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include answering phones, directing calls, schedule appointments, dispatching technicians, process data entry, working with warranties and rebates and other various office tasks.
Qualified candidates should have prior customer service experience and office experience.
