Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Use phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately input customer information and update records.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and upselling opportunities.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and delivery inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department.
- Multilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience with data entry and computer systems.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
