Amherst Animal Hospital located in Amherst, New Hampshire is excited to find the next member of our team! Client Service Representatives are an essential role to our success in providing exceptional care and service to our clients and patients.
This opportunity is for an individual who possesses outstanding customer service skills, has an outgoing and positive attitude, is able to multi-task, and can communicate professionally with co-workers and clients.
Desirable skills include computer proficiency, managing multiple telephone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients and their pets, processing payments, and ensuring that the waiting area is clean at all times.
The successful candidate will be eager to learn in a positive, collaborative team environment and work with all team members to provide the high level of care that is our hospital’s standard.
This is a full-time position that includes day and evening shifts Monday-Friday.
