We are looking for a boarder with a calm horse/pony/ donkey or 2 that need a retirement home or you just want to ride the trails (no stallions, mustangs or horses under 5 please) for a 10'x10' 3 sided run in shed with rubber mats, (it does have a slatted door attached to shed which we only used to lock in our pony when we plow, it can be changed to a full stall door.
) the attached paddock has new no climb horse fencing Multiple animals if you have two that will share the shed are also a possibility.
Also includes 50 gallon stock tank that we heat it in winter.
Plenty of storage on property for your tack box, feed, shavings, grain ,etc.
The paddock is on a hill, flat on top and flat on bottom, so if you have a horse with an injury please keep that in mind.
We are looking ideally for someone who can feed our animals too on Saturday pm and maybe a a week and if we are on vacation once a year usually.
We will deduct it from your board.
We can also reciprocate by taking care of your animals when you are away.
We
have a donkey, goats, sheep, chickens now.
You are responsible for your own animals to be fed at a minimum twice a day, cleaning run in and paddock, purchasing your own supplies, farrier and vet bills.
There isn't any area to ride on property except in paddock, trails are nearby.
We are situated close to Rt 111 an I93.

anyone who comes on property must sign a waiver beforehand.
AT time of boarding you are responsible for first and last month's board and will need to sign a lease (minimum of 90 day lease) and waiver form where we are not liable for any injury to you or your animals.
