*Job Description*
Wintriss Controls Group LLC is currently looking for a motivated and *Regional Sales Manager *to join our sales team.
The *Regional Sales Manager *will be responsible for managing a set of manufacturing reps throughout the US and Canada.
This position is based out of our Acton Massachusetts office and will report to our National Sales Manager.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage a network of Manufacturers Reps
* Training of rep personnel on the Wintriss product line
* Traveling with reps in a sales and product support role
* Work with National Sales Manager to develop an annual sales forecast
* Prospect for new accounts and opportunities.
* Travel as required to support business activity and to develop and maintain relationships with reps and end users.
Approximately 25%.
*Skills and Experience*
* Experience working with Manufacturers Reps preferred
* Experience selling industrial controls.
* Knowledge of metal working industries a plus
* Familiarity with industrial controls including PLC’s and Motor controls
* Proficient with Microsoft office products
* Solid communication skills both written and oral
* Very strong interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills
*Education*
* Bachelors preferred.
Work experience also considered.
