Marketing Coordinator Do you have a strong passion for helping others? Do you want to utilize your marketing and communication skills with a mission-driven company? We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in our Salem, New Hampshire office, which could be just what you are looking for! What you’ll do: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on the creation and management of all marketing campaigns, initiatives, and projects.
Create polished PowerPoint decks and other marketing materials applying your formatting and design skills.
Implement social media calendars, schedule posts, and proactively monitor all social media sites.
Leverage the company’s email marketing platform to create email marketing campaigns.
Revise content utilizing the company’s website and blog CMS platforms to help elevate the company’s digital/online presence.
This also includes setting up original blog posts and adjusting previous posts.
Run, analyze, and maintain reporting across all marketing mediums to track successes, opportunities, and expenses for all departmental projects and campaigns.
Work with external vendors and third parties in support of all public-facing marketing initiatives.
Oversee the annual conference and speaking engagements calendars.
Proofread and edit all marketing content in accordance with the company’s quality and compliance control standards.
Conduct market research to maintain knowledge of current trends and find ways to stay competitive in our market.
Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1-3 years internship or related work experience preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willing and able to take feedback and adjust as needed with a hunger for professional growth.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, and outstanding skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience working with various social media platforms and other marketing/digital technologies including Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Wordpress, and Vimeo strongly preferred.
Prior experience working with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, video editing software, and Google Analytics/AdWords is a plus.
Desire to learn, grow and thrive in a task-based environment, with varied projects and responsibilities.
Keen attention to detail, time management skills, and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have a goal-oriented mindset, operate independently, possess strong attention to detail, and are always up for a challenge when it comes to delivering on the needs of your team and customers.
