_*Inside Salesperson*_ *Requirements:* * 3 years of inside sales / customer service distribution experience in the electrical / heating industry * Ability to read detailed documents such as specifications and equipment schedules * Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and working knowledge of a CRM database * Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and externally * Top-rate organizational skills - ability to multi-task and manage tasks effectively in fast paced environment * Highly competitive and motivated \* Solid understanding of sales metrics * Creativity and an ability to convey and sell new ideas * Strong negotiation skills are preferred *Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):* * Order entry * Obtaining quotes from vendors, checking price and delivery, including special pricing * Quoting customers * Handling customer return process * Expediting Orders * Purchasing Parts * Updating the CRM Database * Performing research as needed * Customer follow-up * Participation in onsite channel partner seminars Job Type: Contract Pay: $22.
