We are proud of the work that we do, and wouldn’t be successful without our passionate team of dedicated people! *Experienced Flooring Retail Sales Associate* *_Job Responsibilities:_* * Selling all types of flooring including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and LVT * Customer order entry into our industry specific retail sales computer system (RFMS) * Breaking down floor plans and determining how much flooring is needed based off of floor plans * Ordering and tracking material from mills & suppliers * Handling all aspects of the flooring sale from start to finish * Customer service including answering phones and dealing with installation and product questions *_Requirements:_* * 3-5 Years Retail Flooring & Sales experience * Basic computer & email skills * Superior customer service skills a must! * Weekends and some nights required * Positive Attitude * Ability to Adapt to a Growing & Changing Company We offer a competitive salary (commission), health & dental insurance, 401K w/employer match, paid vacation and holidays.
