Provide best in market service to the membership
Offer products, services and financial solutions to the membership
Meet cross-sell, deposit and loan production goals
Accurately process deposit and loan accounts for the membership
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of Associates degree, desired
one year experience as a customer service represetative with a financial institution
Proven track record in loan origination, sales and member service
Knowledge of financial deposit and loan products
Proven ability to prioritize tassks, demonstrate time management, apply analytical/problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Present a professional image to the member and the community
Computer experience required with knowlege of Microsoft Office
Ability to take on varied assignments and work flexible schedule, including Saturdays
