This role is responsible for managing a defined set of products within a franchise.
Responsibilities include working with US sales leadership and regional and in-country marketing teams to gain insight into local market dynamics, collecting voice of customer feedback, and consolidating input into the development of the Global Product Plan.
The Market Manager will assist the Sr.
Director of Marketing/Sr.
Market Manager with developing and driving the Global Product Plan.
The Market Manager will serve as the Marketing function lead on product development teams as appropriate for the assigned franchise.
The Market Manager will prepare financial analyses and business plans to support new product development programs, gather competitive intelligence, and develop relevant market models to support their assigned product categories.
The Global Market Manager will be the product line leader in supporting and developing downstream programs to support the US selling organization, including programs to drive sales force readiness and achieve revenue targets for the assigned product lines.
*What will you be doing?* Develop and execute downstream marketing plans for assigned product franchise.
These plans may include: * Limited product launch and full launch plans for assigned product * Demo and trade-out programs * Participates in developing training plans and training content as needed * Works with manufacturing planners to forecast product needs and ensure adequate demo and launch inventory * Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates * Assist with organizing promotional events * Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.
g.
brochures and newsletters) * MedEd and Tradeshow strategic plans for area * Work closely with Sr.
Director of Marketing and country marketing leads to develop and drive the franchise Global Product Plan, which includes new products, new indications, claim development, and product exit strategies globally.
Marketing Manager serves as marketing team member on PDP teams for budgeted product development projects.
* Develops and maintains customer relationships, interactions with KOLs and manages surgeon consultant(s).
Consolidates voice of customer feedback.
Works closely with US Sales leadership, regional and country marketing leads to drive assigned product lines.
* Travel : 25% *What will you need to be successful?* * Bachelor’s degree required.
MBA preferred.
"or equivalent" * 5+ years of commercial experience with the majority specific to the medical device industry.
3+ years mktg experience.
Sales experience preferred.
