*\*Position is for MA or Southern NH applicants only, please do not apply if you are out of state\** *NuWatt Energy is looking for an exceptional individual who is knowledgeable and experienced with heat pump / mini split / HVAC systems.
* We are a turnkey solar installation company, expanding into the heat pump business due to its rapid growth in demand.
Homeowners find immense value in going solar and installing heat pumps as covered by solar energy.
With all the state incentives and top-quality equipment & service that we offer, homeowners will have little trouble picking NuWatt Energy for their solar & heat pump needs.
Because we are both solar and heat pump, many of our direct leads will have been initially interested in a solar system, and might be looking to install both systems.
Some will eventually decide on only solar, or only heat pump.
As an integrated specialist, while your role is to sell a heat pump system, _we strongly encourage you to pick up some background on solar_ and know how to explain the benefits of going solar with a heat pump system.
We can train you as needed.
_You will be expected to hunt for leads individually, but will occasionally be given vetted company leads: homeowners interested in heat pumps alone or alongside solar.
_ *As a heat pump sales manager, you will be expected to:* * Find leads organically via networking, trade shows, etc.
; Company will provide leads on occasion * Connect with, and stay on top of, leads interested in mini splits / heat pumps * Conduct site visits to collect information for heat pump projects, for new and existing leads * Conduct Manual J calculations as needed * Remain up to date on offered heat pump product lines * Adequately explain the benefits of heat pumps * Show willingness to develop our heat pump business based on experience, suggestions, etc.
* Assist homeowner with rebate & loan paperwork * Maintain consistent communication with the client to discuss scheduling and logistics of the heat pump project * Coordinate with the heat pump installer to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction *Compensation & Benefits* * Expected $150k+ in compensation as a result of $48-52k base salary plus generous commissions * Uncapped commissions structure in a high-demand market allows for potential six-figure income * Ability to sell in supplemental solar market for additional commissions * Medical & dental benefits instilled after a trial period * Reasonable paid time off * Flexibility in work schedule Position is hybrid, with office HQ located in Chelmsford, MA.

~ *Qualifications* * 2+ years of heat pump / mini split / HVAC experience.
We will consider less experience if you prove your drive and willingness to meet or exceed our expectations.
* 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be willing to drive to sites across MA (and RI or NH if needed).
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.
00 - $250,000.
