Concord Tree and Landscape is looking for a dynamic, goals driven individual for the position of Admin Assistant.
Have you worksd in Landscaping, Construction, Hardscapes, Irrigation or any other similar industry?
The person filling this role Performs a variety of general tasks related to customer service or to support field staff and or other office staff
*Key Accountabilities:*
* Answer phones and assign leads
* Handle additional assignments from the Manager as required
* General customer service for vendors or clients
* Review of Sales contracts
* Assist in marketing (online Ads)
* Scheduling of meetings and assisting in managing calendars
* Drafting Contracts
* Assisting with Human Resource needs
* Filing
* Data Entry
Requirements:
*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*
, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
* Strong analytical skills
* Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing
* Ability to handle time-sensitive initiatives
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Team Player who collaborates well with others
* Ability to work well in stressful situations with large volumes of processing.
*Education/Experience/Training:*
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 2-3 years of experience in office setting with prefered marketing background
* College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.
00 - $27.
50 per hour
