Become the Membership Sales Lead for Granite State Indoor Range and Gun Shop.
New England's Friendliest Indoor Range, Firearms Store, and Training Center.
Located in Hudson, NH.
*Summary:* We are seeking a self-motivated Membership Sales Lead that has an outgoing personality, is easy to talk to, presents themselves as the "face of the club", and can be counted on for a positive uplifting smile or words of encouragement.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
This role supports and reports to the Sales Manager.
*Position Summary:* The Membership Sales Lead oversees and drives GSIR's membership program throughout the store including – but not limited to – prospecting and acquiring new members, maintaining the highest level of membership experience, providing necessary services for members, managing member events, and coaching and influencing all levels and roles within the store.
*Essential Functions* * Coaches, leads, and models the highest customer service expectations while incorporating membership benefits into conversations.
Answers customer’s questions, handles customer's concerns, and escalates customer's issues for resolution when appropriate.
* Proactively greets customers and presents them with the opportunity to become a GSIR Member or provides current member with a unique and exclusive experience.
* Designs and executes strategies to help meet key membership metrics.
Reviews and analyzes reports for relevant performance metrics.
Leads development and execution of corrective action planning for store targets being missed.
* Serves as the leader for the membership issuance process, including training others on all procedures.
* Thinks critically about ways to solve problems and implements new strategies when necessary.
* Communicates as the membership liaison to the leadership team for updates on all performance and promotions information related to GSIR memberships.
* Collaborates with internal and external partners to execute successful onsite and offsite events.
* Provides service to all areas of the store based on business need.
* Other duties as assigned.

*Experience and Qualifications* * BS or BA degree (preferred) in Sales, Management, Communications, or a related field.
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in retail, sales, or management.
* Must be 21 years or older.
*Knowledge, Skills, and Ability* * Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages.
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Ability to interpret a variety of other financial, legal, and technical information.
* Ability to read and analyze certain reports.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Managers, associates, customers, and the public.
* Ability to conduct meetings and presentations to groups.
* Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and electronic point of sale and inventory management systems.
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, associates, customers and with the corporate staff.
*Special Considerations:* Flexibility to occasionally work off-hours for special events.
