Description: Meet our US Team INTEGRA Biosciences Corporation is an industry leader in innovative liquid handling products for the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries.
We seek a Sales Operations Analyst who plays a critical role in supporting the sales team and optimizing sales processes within an organization.
This position involves analyzing sales data, implementing efficient strategies, and managing sales tools and technologies.
The Sales Operations Analyst collaborates across teams to improve sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance.
Sales Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metrics.
Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies in the sales cycle and propose solutions.
Define and document sales processes in collaboration with sales leadership.
Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to sales methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and training teams to develop and maintain sales training programs and materials.
Provide guidance to sales team members on sales tools, processes, and resources.
Ensure effective onboarding of new sales hires by providing necessary training and resources.
CRM and Sales Technology Management: Oversee the administration and management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the CRM system meets the needs of the sales team.
Identify and implement additional sales tools and technologies to improve sales productivity, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
Sales Forecasting and Planning: Work closely with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and sales targets, organizational goals.
Monitor sales pipeline and provide insights on potential risks and opportunities.
Assist in developing sales territory plans, quotas, and incentive programs.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role within a sales organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately.
Proficient in using CRM systems (e.
g.
, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
