*Responsibilities*
* Respond to customer leads, incoming calls, emails and digital quote requests.
* Present, promote and sell recurring Home and B2B services to new and existing customers using professional materials and provided information
* Perform phone consultations to identify customer concerns and needs so you can advise and present best managemnt practices going forward
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Warm calling past and present customers to offer maintainence programs and bundled services.
* Achieve realistic sales targets and outcomes as set by team leads
* Coordinate sales efforts with the scheduling team
* Follow-up and track all leads and sales progress in the CRM system
* Create signed service agreements via provided templates within the database
* Stay on top of best practices, seasonal and promotional trends

- Managing and updating customer information in Sales CRM systems
- Collaborating with the office team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Conducting outbound calling campaigns to reach potential customers
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
