The Thompson Auto Group is looking for self-motivated individuals.
These individuals would be responsible for prospecting customers for the following dealerships: MacMulkin Chevrolet-Cadillac and Nashua Genesis, Hyundai, Kia and Mitsubishi.
Earning potential is predicated on your ability to set appointments, our current agents averaged $70,000 in 2023.
There is a 60-day guaranteed pay that will be adjusted to include commission pay after the 60 days.
As a team, we are looking to drive sales numbers, financial growth and create lasting relationships with our customers.
Business development or sales experience is preferred; however, it is not required as we are willing to train the right individual!
Both full & part-time positions are available and full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid personal time off and more.
We are looking for every other weekend availability.
Essential Job Functions:
Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department & fielding phone calls
Record and manage prospective customer information through our customer relationship management tool (CRM)
Track personal results including appointments, calls, sales and engagements using our CRM system
Work closely with Business Development Manager to increase the results of the department

Clear & concise written and verbal communication

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
