Business Development Manager
Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Conduct project management activities to ensure successful delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in market research and analysis techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
