We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to represent Minuteman Volkswagen of Bedford, MA with honesty and integrity.
We are looking for a Salesperson with experience however, will train the right person.
Our Sales Consultant is responsible for using a consultative, customer-focused approach to selling automobiles by performing the following duties:
* Spend time and listen to customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
* Explain features and demonstrates operation of vehicle and equipment options.
* Complete quotes and explain financing options.
* Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in
* Depth knowledge.
* Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features.
* Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle.
* Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate a life lasting customer relationship.
*Requirements:*
You must be a professional,motivated, team player, reliable, organized and have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
