Entry level customer Service/Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Operate cash register and process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise displays - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis Skills: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus - Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus - Familiarity with wireless technology sales is a plus - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment Join our team as an Entry Level Retail Sales Associate and enjoy the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail setting.
