*Marketing Manager* *POSITION SUMMARY* As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales within your region.
You will work closely with sales/operations teams and other stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and client needs.
You will work with the corporate Business Development Team to coordinate and develop marketing policies and programs, advance brand building, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
*PRIMARY FUNCTIONS* * Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing initiatives across the organization.
* Partner with senior business operations and sales leaders to address marketing opportunities and challenges as needed.
* Support participation and coordinate promotional and industry activities such as client events, association meetings, and trade shows and conferences.
* Collaborate with designers, other marketers, sales professionals, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders in our target audiences.
* Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
* Ensure adherence to company branding guidelines and messaging across all marketing channels.
* Manage regional marketing budget, vendor contracts, and allocate resources effectively.
* Measure and report on marketing activities and the effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed.
* Conduct market research and analysis and work with senior leaders to stay current on industry trends and competitor activity.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry partners.
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of marketing professionals to drive regional success.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*REQUIREMENTS* * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field * Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role * Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and work with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work with senior leaders to develop and implement marketing strategies for multiple markets and services.
* In-depth experience with digital marketing * Knowledge of market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Experience with budget management and financial analysis to maximize ROI.
* Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
* Ability to travel to different regions as needed to support marketing efforts and meet with stakeholders.
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* The employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision and Distance vision.
