• Strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual Audience Engagement and Growth Plan, including the coordination and oversight of supporting initiatives in the areas of marketing, PR, and customer relations.
• Provide strategic direction and long-range/short-range planning for all these areas in the context of growing the various Marketing Campaigns while supporting the greater strategic plan, mission, and goals of Symphony NH.
• Direct and implement the subscription, ticket sales and program advertisement strategies along with the day-to-day management of all aspects of marketing, box office, ticket sales and group sales in the office, online and during all SNH concerts.
• Develop a coordinated matrix of communication and solicitation strategies involving social media, email, direct mail, phone, and personal visitation all focused on shaping a sustainable marketing and communications presence.
• Propose, manage, and track annual Marketing and PR budgets.
• Update and maintain SNH website and social media, online sales and giving technology.
• Tracking sales and marketing results, and reporting to Executive Director and Board of Trustees (latter as needed).
• Manage box office operations, staff, and volunteers at all SNH performances.
• Attend SNH rehearsals and concerts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
