*SALES ADMINISTRATOR*
*Job Summary*:
Tecnau Sitma is seeking a dedicated and detailed oriented Sales Administrator to provide excellent support to our sales team, our plant, our finance team, customers, and partners, plus customer requests.
Daily duties include preparing quotes, pricing documentation and proposals, responding to customer calls and emails, and assisting the sales staff as needed.
Receive, process, track, invoice and acknowledge orders.
Input data into order system(s).
Accounts receivables follow up on open and overdue invoices, credit memo processing.
*Focus:*
Proposal development and generation; system order entry for spare parts, services; accounts receivables collections; cash posting, general ledgers, and monthly reporting.
Consult with other departments.
Support the sales, sales administration and finance departments with tasks as required.
*Skills:*
Polished phone manner with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Collaborator with multiple departments including international settings.
*Requirements:*
High school diploma
5 years’ experience in a high impact sales environment.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Adobe Acrobat.
Viewers.
Experience with CRM’s (Salesforce), Quick Books, MS Office and MS Business Central.
MS Dynamics is a plus but will train.
