However, individual should be located within driving distance of the South Nashua, New Hampshire facility as onsite support is regularly required.

The Executive Communications Manager position will support shaping BAE Systems brand and reputation, position in the market, corporate culture, employee engagement and the ability to hire the best talent through the lens of executive communications.
Drive executive communications strategies across the sector and improve efficiencies through process, innovative tools, and collaboration.
Engage regularly with sector president, providing strategic communications support and writing executive memos related to organizational announcements, company strategy, performance and business updates, and key initiatives.
Develop sector president’s presentation materials and talking points for all virtual and in-person executive events (Senior Leadership Meetings, panel discussions, Quarterly Leadership Meetings, etc.
) to promote company strategy and initiatives to employees.
Create compelling content to engage and inform a workforce of more than 15,000 employees, and ensure consistent messaging within the business areas and functions.
Manage planning and execution of key stakeholder visits to Electronic Systems facilities, including senior leadership, board of directors, and investors.
Produce monthly communication to all People Managers, sourcing and editing content from broader Executive Communications team.
Be a proactive and collaborative team member.
Look for ways to consistently elevate Executive Communications by bringing the outside to best align our organization with best-in-class practices.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Excellent copywriting, editing and verbal communication skills.
Strong executive presence.
A demonstrated track record of leading enterprise level communications programs and driving engagement with concrete results.
Must work collaboratively, be a team builder, networker and motivator.
In-depth knowledge of modern communications tactics, media, procedures and concepts.
Ability to simultaneously initiate, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work toward quick-turn, short, and long-term deadlines.
Corporate communications experience in the aerospace and defense industry preferred.
Proficiency in all MS Office Programs.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills B.
S.
degree in Communications, Journalism, or English and 8+ years of experience in a communications discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Defense or high-tech industry experience preferred.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $113080 - $192280 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
