Job Profile Title: Manager, Inside Sales Business Title: Inside Sales Operations Manager Department: Inside Sales FLSA Status: Exempt Position Overview: The Inside Sales Operations Manager role will lead commercial initiatives to support the achievement of the department’s goals as well as the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team to drive results.
They will be a key stakeholder in cross functional projects and represent commercial interests through the lens of the inside sales team.
This role is also responsible for the leadership, coaching, and development of the inside sales quality team.
They will establish the process and quality metrics to ensure quality goals are being met and they will work closely with the inside sales leadership to ensure that processes are updated as appropriate.
Reporting to the Director, Inside Sales, this role is critical in developing and implementing efficient and effective processes to drive revenue growth, ensuring sales targets are achieved while focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities In this role, you will be expected to drive specific commercial decisions, with a focus on field sales, inside sales, and training during cross functional meetings and projects.
This work will also include cross functional alignment with the E2E team, BA group, reporting team, and SFDC IT team.
Key Accountabilities: Lead the inside sales quality team.
Develop the processes and procedures to assess the performance and compliance of the inside sales team.
Collaborate with inside sales leadership to implement strategies and solutions to enhance and improve the teams’ overall effectiveness.
Lead special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the inside sales organization.
Monitor and assess overall process and pipeline activity, maintaining direct communication with the field sales team to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Develop and implement optimal inside sales operating procedures supporting LMR and new product launches ensuring a seamless interaction and experience for the customer.
Coordinate with Inside Sales senior leadership to develop and execute changes to the selling process and messaging for inside sales.
Support the Director of Inside Sales in creating and managing the resource and staffing plan to meet business deliverables.
Oversee the administration of the inside sales budget.
You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert in Inside Sales internal processes, ASPN and pharmacy customer journeys, onboarding, ordering pathways, and report out and drive key project milestones.
Driving inside sales commercial projects and partnering with the key functions on the sales team will be a large part of the day-to-day activities.
Ensuring sales team alignment, the completion of individual projects, and execution of these changes is critical.
This individual will also be responsible to continuously improve current sales processes and over experience of the inside sales team representatives.
Key Projects and Programs: Enhancements to current process ASPN Alignment New Product Launches New Product LMR Additional responsibilities include participating in and/or leading cross functional projects and/or teams.
Examples of the type of project work include: Weekly report outs to commercial department leaders Competitive analysis and benchmarking process Collaborating on strategic business-building opportunities Financial analysis and feasibility studies Providing data analysis to uncover business drivers and trends Identifying and executing on process improvement initiatives Recruiting and interviewing skill building Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & Behaviors Demonstration of strong leadership skills and influence amongst cross functional business partners.
(Product support/Pharmacy operations) Ability to develop creative process-oriented solutions to complex problems Required Skills and Competencies Mission-driven, with a strong desire to contribute to something greater than yourself.
Possess strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to create collaborative working relationships and encourage creative solutions to accomplish team goals.

Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Information The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person at our Acton, MA office.
Travel is estimated at 30% but will flex depending on business needs.
