Role
As leader of the North America Revenue Marketing Team, you will define and manage regional marketing strategy in collaboration with sales leadership, and corporate marketing leadership.
You will be oriented towards revenue marketing, focused on marketing strategy and execution that delivers high-quality leads, sales pipeline, and ultimately revenue.
You will build, lead, and grow a small team of marketers and will help shape how corporate marketing can better support regional growth objectives.
Additionally, you will manage a business development team responsible for lead qualification and nurturing in support of sales pipeline creation.
Responsibilities
• Develop a strong trusted relationship with the regional sales teams, working closely with the sales leadership and business development to jointly grow pipeline.
• Partner with corporate campaign marketing and product marketing to refine our targeting and segmentation, and to identify, scope, and produce or localize compelling content, marketing assets and programs to drive demand
• Define and execute full funnel marketing plans including digital marketing, demand generation campaigns, sales prospecting and account-based marketing programs, virtual and in-person field events, and third party tradeshows and conferences
• Track, measure, and communicate program results - take ownership of key business and revenue metrics: leads, qualified leads, pipeline, attribution metrics, cost per x metrics.
• Manage regional marketing budget in close collaboration with corporate marketing and finance.
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English), including being able to convey complex topics with simplicity
• Experience working closely with Sales teams, including joint planning and execution, driving disciplined lead follow up, and earning trust as a strategic business partner to sales
• Experience scaling through/and or leveraging agency and contractor resources
• Understanding and/or experience with CRM (e.
g.
salesforce.
com), account-based marketing (e.
g.
Demandbase) and email marketing (e.
g.
Pardot) tactics and technology
• Experience creating account based marketing/selling/experience strategies
• Experience managing and enabling businesses development teams
Softskills
• Proven leadership capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross functionally
• Ability to work cross-culturally
