#WeChangeDentistry every day – and want you to be a part of it! Position Summary This position is responsible for the development and execution of strategic customer development and education programs that coincide with Straumann Group NAM’s Digital Solutions initiatives.
This position will anticipate demand for customer programs, promotions, education, events, internal and external training, and will develop programs/activities to meet that demand.
This person will be responsible for driving successful implementation of nationally driven programs, by working closely with speakers and sales representatives, ensuring quality education standards are upheld.
Major Responsibilities This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Sets strategic plan for Digital Solutions customer development, product training and education in North America and work collaboratively with leadership to ensure alignment.
Communicate this strategy and opportunities to the sales team through frequent updates including virtual, telephone and in person meetings.
Cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Marketing Communications, and the Education teams for all brands to build strategic offerings and education packages for our customers Manages and executes special projects such as digital education centers, national symposia, regional conferences, campaigns, programs, promotions etc.
as needed, working collaboratively with cross functional resources as needed.
High-energy, driven, and passionate person who has an agile mindset and works well in a collaborative team culture High level of organization, accountability, and collaboration to move initiatives forward Education and Events Create a continued education plan for our customers to ensure consistent implementation of our solutions across all brands Align with the events team to ensure excellent representation of our Digital Solutions and workflows in all tradeshows and national events Collaborate with Training & Education department to ensure optimal training plan for sales teams for all brands, continuously updated with our new solutions and workflows Speaker and KOL Management Identify, recruit, and train new speakers aligned with our strategic initiatives; including negotiating honoraria with presenters; monitoring speaker performance and effectiveness; and providing feedback to presenters.
Develop and implement a KOL plan, coordination of speaker development meetings, speaking and hands-on engagements and a plan for development of new courses.
Also, provide on-site support for speakers at education programs, major trade shows and events.
Create a social media plan with our Marketing Communications Manager to demonstrate and create value through our customers for our Digital Solutions and workflows, aligned with our value propositions Ability to travel up to 35-45% of the time, domestically and internationally Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree 5+ years’ relevant experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Education.
Prior experience in medical device or dental industry strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and support a company's educational strategy.
Highly collaborative and a strong consensus builder, capable of exercising positive influence in driving outcomes and negotiating solutions.
Strong, solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task and work well under deadline pressure.
Strong computer skills especially in the Microsoft Office Suite.
