Position Summary: Reporting to the SVP of Growth Marketing, the Director of Growth Marketing Operations will be responsible for the development and implementation of business processes, strategic initiatives, infrastructure, and technology required to deliver on marketing plans and goals.
This growth mindset, operations leader will work across the growth marketing and extended organization to support strategic business needs while enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our end-to-end lead generation, program spend and reporting processes.
Candidate Note: This role is 100% Remote! What your impact will be: Build, manage and grow the growth marketing operations team and tech stack along with the maintenance of processes, systems, and data to measure marketing effectiveness.
Benchmark our current growth marketing processes and technology to support, including performance and investment against industry best practices, and develop a roadmap for improvements.
Work with growth marketing leaders and extended teams to identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve effectiveness, including data optimization, nurture flows, and lead scoring, as well as budget management, including marketing program spend.
Ensure that "no lead is left behind" to manage and optimize lead management, routing, and handoffs to SDRs and AEs.
Work with internal key sales and marketing stakeholders on the end-to-end demand funnel and pipeline reporting to drive key decision making.
What you will bring: The ideal Growth Marketing Operations Leader will possess a strong combination of the following experiences and attributes: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility building and leading operations functions and teams, driving cross-functional operations initiatives that deliver results to support growth marketing goals.
Demonstrated success with the following technology solutions: Marketing Automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), ABM (6Sense), Event Management (Cvent), Lead Management, Predictive Analytics, and Attribution.
Sufficient IT knowledge to identify and manage needed infrastructure support and software solutions and who can roll up their sleeves and dive in as needed to support the team.
Strong leadership and relationship development skills with a wide variety of audiences across all functions, ability to manage highly competent people to high levels of performance and skill in establishing effective project management processes.

Leading through change or rapid growth as well as managing people, relationships, and expectations in a dynamic environment.
Comfort with accountability as well as ability to take responsibility for failure and work productively to institute changes.
