As the Senior Manager/Director of Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by generating demand for our innovative AI-enabled robotic automation solutions.
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive awareness, interest, and engagement among our target audience.
*Key Responsibilities Include:*
* *Strategy Development: *Develop and implement a demand generation strategy that aligns with our business goals, including qualified lead generation, market penetration, and orders growth.
Work collaboratively with business unit, sales and BDR leaders to understand key priorities and to ensure alignment
* *Lead Generation & ABM: *Create and manage campaigns to generate high-quality leads and contacts for our sales team.
This includes utilizing various digital marketing channels, content marketing, events, ABM tactics and partnerships to attract and nurture potential customers
* *Content Marketing: *Develop and oversee the development of engaging content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, videos, and infographics, to educate and attract prospects
* *Event Execution: *Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support tradeshows by developing targeted marketing campaigns and strategies to drive booth traffic and engage with potential customers at industry events both pre and post show
* *Digital Marketing: *Utilize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to reach and engage target audiences
* *Analytics and Reporting: *Monitor the performance of demand generation campaigns, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Utilize marketing automation (Marketo) and Salesforce to track marketing performance against KPIs critical to our growth
* *Market Research: *Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine and improve the demand generation strategy
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
* Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B demand generation in robotics, supply chain or other hardware technologies
* In-depth knowledge of/certifications in Marketo, Salesforce, and data analytics
* ABM and intent marketing experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Results-driven with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics
* Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative campaigns
* Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
