We are seeking a strategically- minded, results-driven National Accounts Sales Effectiveness Lead.
This position will play a critical role, partnering with Executive Leadership, to develop near-term and long-term strategies to shape the overall director of the companies’ commercial activities, focused in National Accounts
The Director of National Accounts Effectiveness has the unique opportunity to impact the lives of patients around the world through our entire Lantheus Portfolio.
This position will focus on providing insights and recommendations through gathering and analyzing data to drive national account strategies aligned with business goals.
Additionally, s/he will ensure execution of these strategies through facilitation of cross-functional collaboration across the portfolio.
This position requires strong in-line leadership as well as the ability to influence, lead, and engage with business partners (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial Operations, Medical, etc.
)
S/he will maintain our cultural values during frequent interactions with company-wide, cross- functional partners.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES
Reporting to the Head of Field Enablement, Training & Effectiveness, the Director will:
· Oversee and enhance the effectiveness of cross- portfolio National Accounts.
· Partner with National Account Leadership to develop strategy and execution plans across the Lantheus Portfolio.
· Understand the unique needs and challenges of the National Account Strategy and offer insights and potential solutions to meet business objectives.
· Collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to build capabilities, and implement effective solutions to drive commercial organizational success.
· Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration.
· Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring a shared understanding of goals, priorities, and progress.
· Implement change management strategies and plans to support successful execution of national account transformation initiatives.
· Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the company.
· Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales strategies.
· Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to provide insights to Executive Leadership.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop joint marketing programs and promotions to drive national account engagement and achieve sales targets.
· Demonstrate and employ the judgment, flexibility and situational leadership required to lead through complex combinations of market challenges, including business and organizational change necessitated by changes in the medical, regulatory, and business environment.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
· 12+ years in positions of escalating scope and responsibility within healthcare organizations
· Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of successfully implementing effectiveness strategies and sales growth.
· Wide range of pharmaceutical/ medical device commercial experience/ knowledge inclusive of marketing and/or sales and operations
Preferred:
Experience National Account Management
Clinical, scientific, and /or technical discipline knowledge
