We have just launched our highly-anticipated next-gen product, the "RAD8".
As a significant upgrade to our flagship RAD7, which has reigned supreme for the past 20 years, RAD8 marks the beginning of an exhilarating new chapter for our company.
With RAD8 at the forefront, we are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced *National and International Sales Manager* to drive growth and capitalize on the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage our existing sales, sales inquiries, customers, and deals, with the help of our CRM platform, HubSpot.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for both national and international markets.
* Identify and establish new partnerships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders globally.
* Represent and promote Durridge at trade shows and scientific conferences.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements globally.
* Manage our brand.
*Qualifications:*
* A college degree is welcome and encouraging, but not essential.
* Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a successful track record of achieving targets.
* Experience selling technical products; selling to scientific/academic/research communities.
* An understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances - (our most successful market to date is China).
* Good written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
* Ideally lives local to our HQ in Billerica, MA.
