With RAD8 at the forefront, we are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to drive growth and capitalize on the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.

*Key Responsibilities:*
· Manage our existing sales, sales inquiries, customers, and deals, with the help of our CRM platform, HubSpot.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans for both national and international markets.
· Identify and establish new partnerships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders globally.
· Represent and promote Durridge at trade shows and scientific conferences.
· Manage our brand.
*Qualifications:*
· A college degree is welcome and encouraging, but not essential.
· *Proven experience in selling a sophisticated and highly technical product.
*
· The ability to sell to scientific / academic / research communities.
· An understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances (our most successful market to date is China).
· Good written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
· Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
· As our sole Sales person, the ability to work constructively with our Engineering and Production teams.
· *Live local to our HQ in Billerica.
