We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
This role involves analyzing marketing performance data, optimizing marketing processes and technology, and leveraging data insights to drive marketing strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
This role will be an in-office role based in our Concord, MA office.
We do have flexible work from home options.
Remote location may be available.
What you will do: Analyze marketing data from various sources (including website analytics, CRM data, and marketing automation platforms) to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and evaluate ROI.
Manage and optimize marketing technology stack, including CRM and marketing automation platforms, to enhance marketing efficiency and data quality.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making across the marketing team.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation and nurturing processes.
Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
Assist in the development and implementation of scalable marketing operations processes and best practices.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology.
What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.
g.
, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.
g.
, Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.
g.
, Tableau, Google Analytics) and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
