This position will require an individual to spend over 50% of their time in the field and live within our served market of Eastern Massachusetts.

Job Responsibilities:
Achieve sales goals by providing well rounded solutions and market expertise
Devote over 50% of your time to the field by meeting with current and prospecting for new customers
Develop long lasting relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers and trade organizations
Capture new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
Partner with customers to help them grow their business
Continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” business partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training including sales/technical product expertise; or equivalent combination of education and experience
A track record of success supported by result and achievements
Technologically advanced
The ability to develop business strategies that lead to a presentation of opportunities and solutions to a prospective account
Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements
Although not required, some basic construction knowledge will be helpful on your path to success.
