Must be able to report to the office 1-2 time per week Equipment Provided: Company Vehicle iPad Cell Phone Responsibilities Include: Sales: Traveling through out New England 90% of the time utilizing the Company vehicle Drive sales through the growth of existing clients Generate new business opportunities Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community Master the construction sales process Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports, daily logs of site visitation activities Ensure all construction bids are consistent, Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects Maintain acceptable profit margins Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information Follow up on all outstanding RFP’s and estimates with clients Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided Entrepreneurial mindset Innovative, creative, thinks outside box to achieve/exceeds expectations Employee Quality Control Perform regular job site visits as assigned by CRM program and Manager Interact with employees and our subcontractors to ensure efficiency targets are being hit or exceed Promote a “team” atmosphere while visiting our jobsites Enforce all company rules, policies, and procedures Responsible for training and maintaining relationships with Time Savers field employees Qualifications: 3+ years Sales Experience Construction background/ knowledge preferred OSHA10and or OSHA 30 preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Management, Construction Science or equivalent preferred Bilingual: Spanish preferred Benefits Include: (Eligible after 90 days of employment) Sign on Bonus Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Sick Time Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Holiday Pay Referral Program Compensation: Base Salary: 47k to 55k Commission: Quarterly Flexible work from home options available.
