Our team's ability to continuously think outside the box allows us to develop marketing solutions that take our client's brands to the next level.
The ultimate Customer Service Representative will have a remarkable work ethic, a desire to be part of an energetic team, a willingness to learn and grow from entry-level, the ability to hold themselves, as well as others accountable, and the capability to connect with a diverse group of clients and coworkers.
We aim to train all of our associates in order to help them develop essential, transferable skill sets to build a strong foundation while obtaining the practical industry knowledge needed to fulfill leadership objectives.
*Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:* * Cultivate and maintain client / consumer relationships in order to build confidence and trust in the brands and products represented * Work with a dedicated Account Manager and a team of brand ambassadors to develop and streamline advertising and market outreach techniques * Conduct consumer outreach to market and promote assigned brands that ultimately result in sales and increased brand awareness * Maintain relationships with key accounts and provide sales support if necessary * Collaborate in a team-based work environment and attend daily training sessions and client meetings *Customer Service Representative Requirements:* * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written * A knack for building relationships with a variety of people * At least one to two years as a brand ambassador, customer service, marketing, or other applicable experience is preferred * Grow into a supervisory role if qualifications have been met within our marketing department * The ability to excel in an unsupervised environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.
00 - $1,150.
00 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
