*Job Summary:* We are seeking a self-motivated candidate to fill the role of a Regional Manager, Community Liaisons.
This position is key in fostering relationships between our organization, the community, and our clients.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership abilities, superior communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of individuals in need.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, local organizations, hospitals, and clinics to facilitate client referrals and boost our organization's reputation.
* Oversee and manage the Community Liaisons network groups for client referrals.
* Coordinate with our internal teams to develop community outreach programs and events.
* Conduct regular meetings with the networking groups of other liaisons, marketing directors of health care facilities and case managers and discharger planners of hospitals as your source of referral.
* Keep track of community engagement metrics and prepare reports for the management team.
* Handle conflict resolution when required and address any concerns from the community, clients, or staff promptly and professionally.
*Qualifications:*
* A bachelor’s degree in business management, social work, public health, or related field.
* Previous experience in a community liaison role or similar, preferably within the home care sector.
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
* Understanding and knowledge of Massachusetts' local community resources and networks.
* Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
