Job Responsibilities
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies aligned with our organizational goals.
You’ll be the driving force behind our branding, campaigns, and messaging efforts, ensuring consistent and impactful communication across various channels.
You’ll lead strategic efforts, collaborate extensively, and ensure our marketing messages resonate effectively.
You report directly to the Chief Operating Office and will contribute significantly to our overarching success.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies that align with our organizational objectives and maximize brand visibility.
-Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns spanning diverse platforms including digital advertising, social media, email, websites, landing pages, and events
-Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging marketing tools to enhance our marketing endeavors.
-Collaborate closely with the Executive Team and support staff to ensure seamless integration of marketing objectives, consistent brand messaging, and holistic marketing efforts.
-Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide regular reports to leadership, allowing data-driven decision-making.
-Drive the promotion of our resources and brand to maximize visibility, engagement, and overall impact.
Areas of Responsibility:
-Branding, Design, and Messaging: Responsible for overall company and product branding, including design, logo, and messaging, both internally and externally.
Collaborate with stakeholders for cohesive and accurate communication.
-Product Input and Marketing Aspects: Oversee the marketing and design aspects of products, including branding, naming, logos, design, promos, cover design, and layout.
-Content Oversight:
Oversee marketing content creation, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging, promotion, and engagement goals.
Collaborate with content creators to amplify marketing messages.
-External Communication: Assist in external communication through print, electronic, and email channels to customers, partners, and other relevant channel stakeholders.
Ensure branding consistency and collaborate with relevant departments for effective communication.
-Website Management: Responsible for website layout, branding, and content.
Oversee the e-store (e-commerce) for both paid and free resources, ensuring alignment with branding and strategic objectives.
