Main Accountabilities and tasks
Develop and foster existing customer relationships
Collaborate with outside account managers to discuss inquiries and provide support to serve the customer
Work together with customer service to assure proper alignment between client and company
Create and expand sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Examine existing accounts for new opportunities; identify and work with key individuals in assigned accounts
Expand new sales opportunities by researching prospective, identifying potential and generating new customer accounts
Support marketing campaigns defined with sales and marketing leadership
Capture orders and opportunity pipeline in CRM tool
Create and monitor progress on sales quotations with intent to win and close
Forecasting orders and revenue
Analyze sales data and produce progress reports
Regularly reviews account strategies and pricing with sales management
Generate documents for new account set-up including T&C’s
Assist in resolving pricing and order discrepancies
Promote our products and services, championing our brand
Contribute to the team’s overall awareness of market developments & opportunities and competitor initiatives & threats
Familiarize with product to promote and provide technical recommendations and troubleshooting
Conduct field visits and attend tradeshows as necessary
Additional projects as assigned
Required experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate years of product knowledge and selling experience
Technically inclined
Experience in a multicultural environment preferred
Comfortable with a matrix organization
Business and commercial acumen
SAP knowledge
MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
Customer focus and team player
Well organized, detail oriented, accountable and responsible
Strong computer skills, as required in working with word processing, database and spreadsheet applications
