Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Account Managers are responsible for: Managing client relationships for a specified portfolio of properties Achieving individual sales goals and contributing to to the departments overall growth and sales goals Meeting clients at their properties and conceptualizing property maintenance and/or garden design services Working with our operations department to ensure timely deliver of services Communicating with our purchasing department to ensure production of plant material Visiting work sites as often as needed to direct work and find teachable moments with our crews Learning and mastering our company-wide software to create work tickets and estimates Our employee benefits are designed for your overall well-being: Paid time off (vacation days, paid holidays and accrued sick time) Additional time off during our winter shutdown Use of a company vehicle if applicable Multiple company parties and events Bonus pay Company matching 401k plan Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical & Dental Insurance Relevant industry certification reimbursement & training Experience required: At least 3 years of residential landscape sales An ability to forge long-lasting client relationships Experiencing in managing a high volume of individual accounts Open communication and problem solving skills A clean RMV driving record Our passion for the living landscape and serving our clients is what drives us.
