The Sales & Design Consultant is responsible for learning and applying the companys selling process and making sales from company supplied leads.
The sales persons primary purpose is to demonstrate to the prospect that our services provide the best benefits and are the greatest value to the client.
*Responsibilities*:
- Setting and attaining goals for personal and professional growth and success.
- Time management; Maintain and carry a time management planner or calendar at all times.
- Attend Company provided or sponsored meetings and seminars as requested.
- Guide clients through the selection process.
Help them chose options, colors, & materials
- Develop and maintain a positive attitude, recognizing that a poor attitude will result in call reluctance and poor sales performance.
- Learn and apply new technical information and product knowledge as changes occur so you are better able to overcome the competition.
- Learn better ways to become more efficient at time management and keep an open mind to new ways of doing things.
- Professionally handle the first call appointment using the companys sales methods.
- Establish trust and confidence with the consumer.
Set up follow up
appointment when the complete buying party will be present.
- Make sure you are successful by implementing self developed lead methods to assure an adequate amount of appointments to reach goals.
- Maintain samples and literature provided by company in a
Professional manner.
- Follow company sales process while seeing clients on both measure and sales call.
- Be familiar with proven closing techniques and word tracks.
- Prepare paperwork necessary to facilitate sold project from the sales department, through the production department, to ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Attend and participate in debriefing of leads.
- Attend company announced meetings, Networking to develop
brand recognition
- Be available to make calls and follow up visits including weekday evenings and Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
- Previous construction or real estate experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
*Compensation: *
- Base salary of $40,000.
00 - $50,000.
00 per year based on experience - 4% Commissions on sales and design contracts
- $500 per month car allowance
- Phone and Computer provided by RHBCD
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.
