Neeeco, LLC is hiring for a full time Field & Event Marketing Manager in Wilmington,
Mass.
HOURS: 40 hours/week, with some weekend work required.
Description: This position requires training and managing field and event marketing
employees (canvassers), developing of our canvassing department and its policies,
procedures, and campaigns.
The pay would be $65,000 salary per year, with a generous bonus structure.
JOB DETAILS
You will be responsible for:
• Supervise, train, schedule and manage canvassing representatives
• Create event partnerships, maintain event calendar and manage event
scheduling, details and materials
• Host monthly team meetings for training
• Track and report on team progress and results
• Provide hands-on leadership in the field and at events
• Engaging potential customers to sign up for no-cost Home Energy assessments
• Obtaining necessary permits and other requirements necessary to attend events
or
canvass
• Working to build and improve our canvassing program
You would be responsible for coaching your team through passionate, energetic,
and inspirational leadership.
