*Responsibilities:* * Managing customer accounts and orders from A-Z, fulfilling their service requests, and handling the administrative and logistical components needed to get their freight shipped safely and on time.
* Build strong relationships with prospective shipper partners and close new business ensuring our customer promise of exceptional service.
* Providing excellent customer service to clients as their primary point of contact, anticipating needs, answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Drive sales by understanding, recognizing, and consulting customers on how our services can transform their business.
* Engage new prospects through various techniques, from our customer relationship management system.
* Participate in contract and price negotiation with customers.
*Qualifications:* * An associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in logistics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (i.
e.
, phone, video, email).
* Proficient computer skills (MS Office and Teams, GSuite, etc.
) and the ability to learn and navigate industry-based software.
* The ability to cope with pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
* Proven experience at working well independently and collaboratively with a team.
